Under this policy, you may cancel your booking flat within the cancellation period of 30 calendar days from the date on which the flat has been booked to get a full refund. This means we are only able to refund within 30 days of your initial booking of the flat.
How to Request a Refund
In case you decide to cancel your flat booking, it can be done in the following way:
By emailing support directly at email@example.com to notify us of your decision to cancel or by directly calling us.
If you booked a flat and a request to cancel is received in writing within 30 days then this will be fully granted. In the event of a refund, please give 10 business days for the processing of funds to return to your account. Once the cancellation period has expired, we cannot grant a refund.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 5-10 business days. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
Customers will be notified of the outcome of their refund request within 10 working days. You may contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your most up-to-date return and refund information.
